WedQuiz is an application that lets you create a multiple-choice quiz about a wedding, share it with guests via a QR code, and see their answers and ranking in real time.
To create a quiz you need an account linked to your email. You must be of legal age and provide a valid email you have access to, since access to your account is granted through a link sent by email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email.
WedQuiz is offered through a one-time payment of €19.95 per account (price subject to change; the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase always applies). This payment unlocks the ability to activate quizzes with that account, with no limit on number or expiry. It is not a subscription: no recurring charges are made. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Under consumer protection regulations, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase of digital content at no cost and without justification. However, since payment immediately unlocks the ability to activate your quiz, by completing payment you expressly agree to the immediate start of the service and, with it, the loss of this right of withdrawal once the service has been activated, under the terms of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 103.m). If you haven't activated any quiz yet, write to us and we'll review it case by case.
The questions, answers and images you add to your quiz are your responsibility. By uploading an image, you declare that you have the right to use it and, where applicable, the consent of any people who appear in it. You may not upload unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights; we may remove quizzes that violate this.
You must not use WedQuiz for purposes other than creating and playing wedding (or similar event) quizzes, nor attempt to access quizzes or data belonging to other accounts, nor deliberately overload the service.
The WedQuiz brand, design and application code are the property of [Name or company name — pending]. Content you create (questions, text, images) remains yours; you only authorize us to store and display it to provide the service to you.
We take reasonable care to keep the service working correctly, but it is provided "as is", without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for occasional interruptions (for example, internet connection issues during the event) or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will indicate it on this page along with the date of the last update.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that correspond under applicable consumer protection regulations.
