Delete your data

WedQuiz (developed by Joan Oliver Mayol) has no user accounts, so there's no "delete account" button inside the app. Here's how to ask us to delete your data.

How to request deletion

Write to us at hola@wedquiz.app telling us whether you're the organizing couple or a guest, and the event code or the couple's names and wedding date (if you're a guest, also include the name you used to take part). We delete the data by hand within 30 days at most and confirm by email once it's done.

What data gets deleted

If you're the organizing couple:

• The whole event: the couple's names, the wedding date, the questions, the answers, and any images you uploaded.
• Every guest tied to that event: their names, answers and scores.

If you're a guest:

• Your name, your answers and your score for that event.
• If you only want your own data removed without affecting the rest of the event, say so in your request; if that isn't technically possible without deleting the whole event, we'll explain that in our reply.

What we keep, and for how long

We don't keep separate backups or historical records of data once it's deleted. If you made a purchase inside the app, Google Play and/or the App Store may retain their own transaction records under their own policies — WedQuiz never handles or stores payment data.
